Check credentials
Once you have a list of options, time to narrow down them by checking the company backgrounds for each one. Does the cleaning service come highly recommended? Do you think the company is trustworthy? How long have they been in business? Do they hire trained cleaners? Do they own the equipment and tools they will use for the job? These questions will help you determine if they’re a good bet or not.
Note staff behavior
If you put in a call to the company and the staff is rude, uncooperative, discourteous and rushing to get you off the phone, then it’s safe to say you’ll be much better off elsewhere. However, if the customer service is excellent, that’s one good reason to give the company a try.
