This unique eco-village maintains the highest environmental standards through the 322 kW solar energy system we built. The village as a whole features a mix of residential, office, and retail space perfectly situated near Annandale’s NJ Transit stop. This brings a direct connection between our facility and New York City, making it a perfect location for commuters and business owners alike.

All of our daily operations and the lives of our neighbors are powered by a solar energy system we built and installed. It completely sustains the energy needs of our headquarters and the needs of everyone in our village. We take this same model to Connecticut. We are opening in Stamford and will strive to find as many ways to be environmentally conscious in our new home, whether it be through adding solar panels to the new office or introducing office recycling programs.
